Predencier migrated from the Caribbean to the USA at age 16 in search of a career in Fitness or Fashion which had been her two passions since she was a little girl. At 18 years old she enlisted in the United States Navy where she became a Certified Fitness Instructor leading her to facilitate nutrition and fitness classes while working in the Health Promotions Department; later becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition / Wellness Consultant. Meanwhile she kept her love for fashion alive through a hobby of creating unique, individualized fashionable looks and searching for rear, one of a kind fashion items. After working more than 20 years in the Wellness and Fitness industry she came to the realization that it is possible to combine her love for both wellness and fashion into a company geared to help individuals become a better version of themselves and A Better You Wellness and Fashion was born.
